Pedigree is NOT good for dogs. It’s full of crap. Fillers and byproducts and red dye which most dogs are allergic to.
When I first got my Sarah (16yrs ago) I didn’t know any better, didn’t research and we gave her cheap food, Pedigree. She would itch really bad all the time. She then started having seizures. We found that it was because we were giving her Pedigree. We now give our dogs CANIDAE and they are very happy.
We have also tried Taste of the Wild on occasion when it’s time to change foods for a bit.
Ultimately you get what you paid for. And if one doesn’t care about their dogs, then Pedigree it is. BUT IF one actually does care about their dog(s), then I suggest a more expensive dog food without byproducts and fillers.
