  1. New product

I’ve just started using this product because I wanted to get away from grain-based foods. My dogs seem to love it, though I’m still mixing it a little with my former food. I plan to continue using it and mixing it with the lite Wellness Core food later.
  2. NOT GOOD ANYMORE

I have been feeding my dog Wellness CORE dog food for over 3 years. I just bought a bag a few weeks ago and noticed the bag of food smelled different than my dog’s last bag. I didn’t think too much of it but she quite eating her food as well as she had been. So I contacted Wellness. They told me that they had made a change in the food and the dogs wouldn’t be able to notice. Well they where wrong and failed to inform the public that there would be a change in the ingredients in the Wellness CORE not just the packaging. Now I have to find a new food to feed my dog that is grain-free.
  3. Wellness Core

My young English Pointer is a hunting machine. He has come to enjoy Core and willingly eats his four cups of food every day. He gets some rice and veggies, but Core is the central food source for this very active gun dog. I can recommend it after trying several other high performance foods.

  5. Even Greater Food!
By SpookySL – Jul 6, 2011 – Full review provided by Logo for PETCO PETCO
My chihuahua is extremely picky and we’ve tried many different brands to try and get her to eat. Then we found Wellness small breed kibble and she took a liking to it, finally. After several months with this food I saw the Core Wellness on the store shelves and decided to give it a try since it was still Wellness brand, and Spooky had started to grow tired of the small breed kind. When I poured a handful of the Core on top of her usual kibble, she immediately gobbled it up. I’ve never seen her eat like this and was happy to see her finally eating like a normal dog for once. She’s gained a little weight (which she desperately needed) and is a healthy little poo monster. I highly recommend this to picky dog owners! But because of the probiotics, your dog will be pooping pretty regularly.
