Blueberries can make a great treat for your dog. Since there is no pits or seeds, you don’t have to worry about them choking or absorbing any poisons or harmful materials.
However, fruits with a peel may be harder for your pet to digest. It is recommend then you squish any blueberries if you are serving in bulk, or to simply feed a few to your dog at a time so they can properly chew them down. If you feed too many whole blueberries to your pet, you may find they come out the same way in their stool… as in whole blueberries.
