Tinker Toy is the smallest cat at a mere 2.75 inches! Tinker Toy is a fully grown male Himalayan-Persian cat living in Illinois. 2.75 inches is the height (or ever smaller) than a Smartphone.
Oldest Living Cat
Pinky is the oldest currently living cat on record. Pinky was born on October 31st, 1989. This past Halloween Pinky turned 22 years old.
Oldest Cat Ever Recorded
Born August 3rd, 1967, Crème Puff lived until August 6th, 2005. Crème Puff lived 38 years and 3 days! Crème Puff lived through the decades of 60s hippies, 70s disco, 80s smooth rock, 90s punk, and into the 00s tech-age.

Jake has 7 toes on each paw, for a combined total of 28 toes! Jake lives in Canada.
Longest Tail
Cat lovers are accustomed to the sight of a happy cat tail waving through the air. Mymains Stewart Gilligan, or Stewie for short, has the longest tail on record. His tail is 16.34 inches long! Stewie also holds the record for longest domestic cat, measuring 48.5 inches nose to tail. That’s over 4 FEET LONG! Stewie is a Maine Coon who lives in Nevada. Stewie set his record on February 13th, 2011.
Most Prolific Cat
Dusty, a tabby cat from Texas, has left a legacy that will carry on for innumerable generations. Born in 1935, Dusty gave birth to 420 kittens during her life. Her last kitten was born on January 12th, 1952. It is fun to wonder how far Dusty’s descendants have ranged throughout the United States, and perhaps the world. You might be petting one of Dusty’s great, great, great…you get the idea…grand-kitties!
Longest Whisker
Missi is a Maine Coon living in Finland and she holds the title for the longest whisker. On December 22nd, 2005, Missi’s longest whisker was 7.5 inches long.
